Unfortunately, there aren’t any lowered areas at our bars but there is a bar in the stalls areas and the upper level, and our bar staff will be happy to assist you with any service you may need.

Ticketmaster is our official booking partner, selling tickets for all Academy Music Group venues in the UK.

We have bars, a cloakroom to leave your stuff and if you’re visiting us for the first time, just ask any of our friendly staff to show you the way. Please try and travel light as cloakroom facilities are limited, so if you really need to bring a bag, please make sure that it is small (laptop size or small handbag).

We have a medics room just inside the main entrance (ground level), if you require any assistance or a private area at any point, please just speak to a member of our staff. Any particular requirements can of course be asked in confidence and in advance. Just get in touch.

On the ground level at the rear of the auditorium, there are two accessible toilets controlled by a RADAR key which staff will provide access to if needed. Additional toilets are available in the same area and the upper level, if that is where you are situated. 

If there is merchandise for sale, you’ll usually find it inside the auditorium, so please ask our staff if you need any assistance.
